After he and his family received a bill for 1,200-Singapore dollars from Boat Quay on a recent trip to Singapore, Filipino professor Santiago Caaway received a call from the director of the Singapore Tourism Board, who apologized for the misunderstanding. This is according to Caaway’s wife, Carolyn, in a message to InterAksyon.com Thursday.
